A total renovation project covering 86 square meters of modern living space in the Graça area. The aim of this transformation was to improve the functionality, aesthetics and comfort of Pedro's home.

Every finish has been carefully selected to elevate the home. The highlight of this renovation is the fixed furniture, which perfectly combines form and function, optimizes the use of spaces and creates a cohesive design language.

In addition to the renovated guest bathroom, we gave Pedro a new bathroom in one of the bedrooms, transforming it into a magnificent and functional suite.

Thanks to our team, the project and the work were completed within three months, with a total controlled cost of 58,500 euros.
